This complex property presented a number of challenges including a requirement for multiple categories of capital improvement costs, substantial differences in the ages of building components and wide-ranging levels of property maintenance. Analyzing critical data from all angles, our team was able to deliver valuable recommendations for each building's systems and components, resulting in a significant reduction of the sale price for our client.
