Based on preliminary reviews, Marx|Okubo created a plan for the repair and replacement of the Space Needle's HVAC and plumbing systems. With our staff fully committed to meeting the tight deadline for the beginning of the Space Needle's tourist season, we completed the systems overhaul within two weeks utilizing three shifts of workers.
