With the end-of-season closure approaching, Marx|Okubo assembled a diverse team of experts to assess the properties in four days and identify current deficiencies, anticipate future repair needs and develop budgets for the work. We used detailed budget documentation to support an appraisal of the properties, establish value of the possessory interest and provide technical support for a 10-day arbitration proceeding between prior and new concessionaires, resulting in successful transfer of assets to the new concessionaire.
