Sandy S. Blair, AIA, CASp

Sandy is Vice President in charge of business development for the West region as well as a client manager for a national institutional client. In her roles, she provides solutions to clients’ needs, maintains and strengthens existing client relationships, and develops new relationships.

Most recently, Sandy was Regional Manager for the Northern California region for over 13 years and was responsible for a broad range of services and solutions, and for managing staff with a diverse range of skills and expertise. She was engaged as a firm leader in design and constructability reviews, property condition assessments, owner’s representation for construction projects, detailed cost analyses, and accessibility reviews.

Sandy has been working in the fields of architecture and construction at the firm for more than two decades, including design/build work in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her experience has included design development, construction document preparation and construction administration for the renovation of residential properties, as well as construction monitoring of residential, retail, and office facilities. She has performed many forensic investigations focused on exterior envelope issues.

Sandy earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of California - Berkeley. She is a licensed architect in California and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), as well as a Certified Access Specialist (CASp) in California.
