Privatization of military housing was established in 1996 by Congress in an effort to improve the condition of housing for U.S. service personnel by attracting private sector expertise, innovation and financing to both new construction and renovation projects. Since its initiation of this project, Marx|Okubo has honed specific services to help revitalize this sector, including in-depth analysis of the planned project with respect to civil, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical improvements; detailed construction budget analysis to determine risks and benefits of each client's loan or investment; and periodic or continual site observations to maximize quality assurance.
