Charlestown, MAProject scope: Conversion of a 224-unit condominium project to apartments triggered added requirements for disabled accessibility in kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms.
Marx|Okubo identified the issues and, on behalf of our client, met with the Massachusetts Architectural Access Board to determine the ultimate solution. Performing owner's representation services, Marx|Okubo solicited the design and construction team to resolve the accessibility and construction issues and provided oversight for the property renovations through a successful, on schedule and on budget project close-out.
