This fast-track renovation project at an occupied property required programming, architectural/engineering design, project management, general contractor qualifications, bid analysis, coordination of future tenant requirements and project close-out. Marx|Okubo expedited architectural/engineering design and construction project management services to meet the owner's deadline and budget while bringing the building into ADA and code compliance. Ultimately, we returned the property to an attractive, leaseable condition with minimal tenant disruption.
