Solving major drainage configuration errors in the project's design while the complex remained fully occupied, Marx|Okubo produced corrective drawings and specifications; pre-qualified general and landscaping contractors; bid the project, engaging contractors and professionals on the client's behalf; developed the schedule; and coordinated building repairs/sign-offs. Our efforts included directing the repair/replacement of everything from below-grade drainage systems and elevated decks to siding, roofing and landscaping.
