Project scope: Repair documents and construction oversight after litigation settlement for 154 condominium/townhome units in 23 three-story buildings.

Original construction defects resulted in water migration at Juliet balconies and elevated balconies over occupied garages. With an aggressive, five-month start-to-finish timeline, and despite restricted access to elevated balconies to prevent garage blockage, Marx|Okubo successfully prepared repair documents with structural and waterproofing details, and managed the repair process.
