To measurably reduce building operating expenses, our commissioning/recommissioning services for both new construction and existing buildings assess a property's heating, ventilation, (HVAC&R), lighting, hot water and renewable energy systems to ensure they are operating optimally. Commissioning for LEED compliance is an additional specialized service we provide.

We haven't met a property owner yet who didn't want to cut operating expenses while minimizing the negative impact a building can have on the environment. Guided by our clients' energy/water efficiency goals, our team of architects, engineers and LEED APs provide several levels of review to assess and determine how modifications to existing operations and systems can better serve occupants and reduce energy/water usage.
