Whether your proposed building is designed to attain environmental certifications or not, a Pre-Construction Sustainability Review is quickly becoming standard practice across the industry due to proven added value to the owner. In conjunction with a standard Pre-Construction Project Review (PPR), Marx|Okubo will analyze construction documents to determine if your project is designed sustainably as well as determine the feasibility of environmental certifications such as LEED or ENERGY STAR.
