Samantha, Assistant Vice President in the Northwest region, performs architectural consulting, property condition assessments and owner’s representation services across Washington and Oregon.

She also conducts pre-construction project reviews, building envelope investigations and on-site observations for diverse construction projects to evaluate quality control, funding recommendations and budget analysis. Additional experience includes property condition assessments for retail, office, hospitality and multifamily projects, as well as construction and architectural projects, including retail, commercial, mixed-use residential, and community college and K-12 educational facilities.

Prior to joining Marx|Okubo, Samantha served as a project architect for a Los Angeles-based architectural firm, where she provided project management of design and construction document preparation, specifications writing, governmental plan processing, and conducted construction administration services.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Woodbury University. Samantha is a licensed architect in California, a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
