Marx|Okubo conducted a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) of the property prior to acquisition by Bridge Housing. Based in part on the recommendations from our PCA, Marx|Okubo served as the architect-of-record for the interior and exterior renovation of the property, addressing significant deferred maintenance issues and the need to freshen up a property.

Marx|Okubo's Orange County, California office is proud to be a part of new transitional housing project that converted a four-unit, unlivable apartment building into clean, efficient homes for eight homeless families and up to 32 people.

The Ace Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles was recently included in Condé Nast's 2014 List as one of the five best new design hotels in the world. The hotel and restaurant are receiving rave reviews from press and patrons for their innovative design and service. The property sits approximately one mile south of the Downtown Los Angeles Civic Center, near the arts, fashion, and entertainment districts. Marx|Okubo is proud to have been a part of a restored chapter in the history of the city.
