Christopher Lilley, Associate, brings 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry, including work on all phases of commercial, corporate, education, hospitality, multi-family, mixed use, and industrial projects. Project responsibilities include construction project management, property condition assessments, pre-construction project reviews, and owner’s representation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Tennessee, and a Master's degree in Building Construction and Facilities Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. Lilly is a licensed architect in Georgia and Tennessee.
Alan Corkhill, Senior Associate, has worked in the United Kingdom, France, and the U.S. for over 30 years on rehabilitation projects, providing defect litigation support, analysis of contract claims, and schedule delay evaluation, as well as being a university professor in London teaching construction administration and dispute avoidance. He was also responsible for the invention and implementation of new methods for mobile capture and automated processing of field inspection data. At Marx|Okubo, he is responsible for a broad range of services, including owner representative, project management, construction dispute resolution, and forensic analysis. Mr. Corkhill holds Master's degrees in Building Surveying and Design Studies.
Peter S. Chang, Senior Associate, has nearly 15 years of experience in design, construction, and project management of institutional, retail, commercial office, multi-family residential, and tenant improvement projects. His focus is adaptive re-use projects in urban environments with complex entitlements issues. He is responsible for a broad range of services, including project management, property condition assessment, lender reviews on new development projects, owner’s representation, and periodic construction observation. Mr. Chang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech, and a Master's degree in Architecture from Harvard University.
