Marx|Okubo Promotes Staff in Northeast and San Francisco

Apr 15, 2014

It is our pleasure to announce the appointment of Fred Zanghi, AIA, LEED AP, to Assistant Vice President of the Northeast region and Paul Reginato, PE, to Assistant Vice President of the San Francisco office.

Fred Zanghi joined us in February of 2013 and has brought a wealth of knowledge to the company in a short period of time.  Mr. Zanghi has over 25 years of architectural experience managing project teams on complex building systems and technologies with an emphasis on building envelopes.  Project responsibilities at Marx|Okubo include project management, technical leadership, architectural design and constructability reviews, owner's representation, periodic construction observation services, and property condition assessments.  In addition to being a licensed architect in the State of New York, Mr. Zanghi is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional.  He holds a Bachelor's degree in architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master's degree in architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.

Paul Reginato has numerous years of experience in single- and multi-family residential construction, as well as commercial and industrial construction.  Mr. Reginato has worked as an independent contractor in Northern California and then as an engineer for a construction consulting firm providing construction defect litigation support and forensic investigation services.  His experience has contributed to his great success at Marx|Okubo while performing building envelope and moisture intrusion investigations, construction observation services, design and constructability reviews, and property condition assessments.  Not only is Mr. Reginato a registered engineer in California, but he is a licensed general contract in California and an active member of RCI, Incorporated.  Mr. Reginato holds a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Santa Clara University and a Master's degree in civil engineering from Sacramento State University.

Both employees are sure to provide a greater benefit to the company in their new roles at Marx|Okubo.
