Marx|Okubo's Growth Continues in the East

Marx|Okubo proudly welcomes Craig Brenner, R.A., Alan Willig, R.A., and Giulia Alimonti, R.A., LEED AP to its White Plains Office and Dan Yntema, Jr., AIA to its Atlanta Office.

Craig Brenner, Senior Associate, brings to Marx|Okubo over 18 years of architectural, construction, and real estate experience managing residential, academic, hospitality, ski resort, assisted living, airport, and various office projects.  Mr. Brenner's projects in New York City and throughout the United States have ranged from forensic accounting and construction management of financially stressed projects to a ground up multi-structured ski resort located in scenic Lake Tahoe, California.  Mr. Brenner holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Pennsylvania State University, Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University, and is a licensed architect in the state of New York.

Alan Willig, Senior Associate, has over 30 years of architectural experience, and his past work experience included project management in new construction, additions and alterations, adaptive reuse, exterior restoration, and historic preservation.  Mr. Willig has worked collaboratively with clients, engineers, consultants, construction managers, and contractors in providing the successful completion of many complex projects.  He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from The City College of New York and is a licensed architect in the state of New York.

Giulia Alimonti, Senior Associate, has 20 years of experience managing project teams on behalf of clients for projects ranging from historic landmark restorations to new construction and residential and commercial buildings.  She has full knowledge of building systems and technologies, having worked with architects, engineers, and contractors to provide effective solutions while keeping within the budget and the schedule of the client.  Ms. Alimonti holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of La Sapienza in Rome, Italy, is a licensed architect in New York State and Italy, is a LEED Accredited Professional with the BD+C specialty, and is an ICC Structural Steel and Bolting Special Inspector.

Dan B. Yntema, Jr., Associate, brings over 25 years of experience to Marx|Okubo.  He has acquired substantial experience with many different project types including mausoleums and Olympic athletic venues.  Managing a studio, which concentrated on providing architectural services to clients in the multi-family and senior housing sectors throughout the Southeast, has given Mr. Yntema a wealth of experience and he is knowledgeable of the multiple layers of design and code requirements applicable to this building type, including Fair Housing, Accessibility, Qualified Allocation Plans, and various sustainability standards.  He holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University and is a member of the American Institutes of Architects.
