Katrina, Administrative Team Leader in the West region, mainly reports on production and delivery of projects. She is typically involved in a project from the beginning stages—communicating with clients and site contacts to set up site visits, to obtaining appropriate documentation for specific projects, through completion when she assists in final report delivery to the client. Always with a hands-on approach, strong organizational skills and close attention to detail, Katrina has led project portfolios in which a team is working on multiple properties for a client.

Prior to joining to Marx Okubo, Katrina worked in management and customer service, and her experience has lended itself well to her professional life and growth at Marx Okubo. This previous professional experience provided her with the ability see both the big picture and smaller details, so that, ultimately, she delivers clients the highest quality work.

Katrina attended the University of California, Irvine and studied computer engineering. She also attended the Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach and studied interior design.
