Alta-Midtown is a multi-story, mixed-use building that includes a 21-story, high-rise tower with 14 apartment floors over seven parking levels, an adjoining five-story, low-rise apartment wing and street-level retail. From 2014 to 2017, Marx Okubo assisted with owner’s representation services for the building. The project started with Marx Okubo reviewing the program and design requirements, team components, budget and schedule; and then team conducted a multi-tiered pre-construction review.

From there, the Marx Okubo team moved into construction administration (site visits, RFI review, change order review, project punch-list and close-out), and concluded our services with a warranty walk. This project reflected Marx Okubo’s mission to preserving value in buildings and communities.
