The Grand Naniloa Hotel is a 389-room resort hotel on a 6.35-acre waterfront site with an adjacent nine-hole golf course. The hotel’s three towers are named after three of the five volcanoes that make up the big island: Mauna Loa, Mauna Kea and Kilauea.

The Marx Okubo team was engaged to evaluate the renovation plans and monitor the construction for an out-of-state client. We provided valuable feedback to the design and construction teams, and kept our client abreast of the project’s schedule, budget and construction status, as well as advised on the unique conditions of constructing in Hawaii. Marx Okubo provided timely and accurate review of each month’s applications for payment.
