An aging, multi-story parking garage serviced this 18-story office building, complete with retail spaces and an arts plaza, in the downtown Dallas Arts District.

While meeting the challenge of keeping the garage fully operational, Marx Okubo brought exiting fire alarm and sprinklers up to code and installed concrete columns, beams and footings through seven levels to align the parking structure with the office tower.
