Our Phase II investigation assessed water intrusion to identify the extent of deterioration at exterior stucco and vinyl walls. Ultimately, Marx Okubo removed all materials to reveal structure, photographed issues, and fully tested for moisture.

Destructive testing revealed extensive unforeseen wood deterioration on the exterior walls and wood balconies, which provided our client with scientific knowledge for future mitigation.
