After reviewing the construction budget, schedule and drawings for potential issues and general coordination, Marx Okubo took on SRA and loan monitoring for this urban office tower. Engineering challenges include navigating groundwater issues, including dewatering for the subterranean parking garage; constructing around three historic buildings, including Fire Station No. 4; and implementing sustainable design strategies for LEED Gold certification.
