During our Phase II investigation to assess the deterioration of the exterior brick soldier and rowlock in order to determine the cause of distress and scope for future repair, Marx Okubo discovered extensive improper construction methods. This finding led to our team recommending critical new repair procedures and immediate safety measures, as well as assisting our client in negotiating repairs with the developer.
