Elizabeth, Manager of Administration in the Northeast region, manages and supports the region’s project administrative team, from interview, orientation, and training, to project assignments, work-load balance, and guidance on procedures and best practices. She supports leadership in preparation and delivery of proposals, tracking new project opportunities, and daily operations. She also helps maintain accurate financial and project data, tracks the status of active projects to ensure timely delivery, and has a strong focus on collaboration, teamwork, and Marx|Okubo’s core values.

Prior to joining Marx|Okubo, her experience includes managing a law firm with a concentration in real estate. As head of the closing department, Elizabeth gained an understanding of commercial and residential financing through institutional and private lenders. She supervised all aspects of loan closings including clearance, scheduling, and quality control, and analyzed and implemented systems for accuracy and efficiency in handling a high volume of diverse files.
