Marx|Okubo consults for biophilic-designed residential project in Denver's RiNo neighborhood

Marx|Okubo is pleased to be directly involved with One River North, a new, biophilic-designed residential building in Denver’s vibrant River North neighborhood. Inspired by the Rocky Mountains, Ma Yansong of MAD Architects is aiming to bring the natural landscape of the Colorado canyons into this part of the city.

Our team is consulting on elements of construction to ensure they support and complement the existing natural landscape around the construction, with a focus on waterproofing to prevent water from infiltrating the project’s unique shapes and forms. We are looking forward to continuing to support more projects that respectfully merge nature and architecture.
