Denver, CO – September 25, 2025 — Marx Okubo is pleased to announce that Craig Sanford has been named our new Chief Financial Officer effective September 15. Please know that Craig and Tammy Taylor will be Co-CFOs for a time of transition, and Tammy will be going part-time in 2026 until her retirement.

As CFO, Craig will define and lead our financial strategy, ensuring operational and financial excellence as we continue to grow as a national leader in architecture, engineering, and construction consulting. With several regions across our national footprint, Craig's role will be central in partnering with Parrish Boren, CEO & President, and the leadership team to strengthen our financial stewardship while advancing our long-term growth objectives.

Craig brings more than 15 years of progressive experience as a financial executive and licensed CPA, with a strong track record in corporate finance, systems modernization, and strategic operations. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Automotive Business Solutions in Denver, where he transformed the company's financial and operational infrastructure and played a pivotal role in its successful exit to a strategic buyer. Prior to Automotive Business Solutions, Craig worked at two consulting firms, starting his career with KPMG and then moving to Riveron. His time at these firms was focused on M&A advisory.
