As Manager of Administration for Marx|Okubo’s Southeast region, Jennifer demonstrates strong leadership in shaping operational procedures, data management, and performance standards. Her strategic oversight ensures operational efficiency, financial accountability, and alignment with the firm’s long-term objectives.

Previously, in her role as Administrative Team Leader, Jennifer was instrumental in creating and refining Association of Physical Plant Administrators (APPA) procedures, and development of the client team for this line of work, including templates and the implementation of M|O Score. Her leadership has driven several firmwide initiatives, such as Project 20|20 and the Job Loading Report, which have significantly improved the firm’s ability to gather data, measure alignment, and enhance decision-making. She has also set standards for one-on-one meetings and performance reviews, ensuring consistency and meaningful engagement across teams.

Beyond process improvements, Jennifer is a strong advocate for her team and the Southeast region, actively shaping strategies that drive growth and efficiency. She plays a pivotal role in road mapping and goal-setting, helping her team navigate challenges while fostering professional development. As part of the Client Management Team, she ensures high-quality service delivery, builds strong client relationships, and contributes to business development efforts. She is responsible for tracking revenue for the Southeast region and is actively involved in all major operational decisions, ensuring financial health and sustainable growth.

With over 20 years of experience in administrative leadership, compliance, quality assurance, and process improvement, Jennifer has worked extensively in roles focused on documentation management, auditing, and operational efficiencies. She holds Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean/S5 certifications and an ISO 9001-2000 Auditor Certification. She continues her professional development through ongoing education and training.
