As Administrative Team Leader at Marx|Okubo’s Southeast region, Jennifer is mostly involved with facility condition assessment services. She is engaged with content quality control for reports, review of applications for payment, compiling and distributing deliverables, and invoicing. From project start to completion, she is responsible for multiple projects, integrating her understanding each client’s requirements and project nuances. When she was hired, Jennifer was chosen to be a team leader of our first P-3 APPA Assessment contract, creating a matrix and templates for the project as well a database for calculating and compiling field scores for 20 buildings within nine campus facilities. This endeavor established the basis for all of the firm’s APPA Assessments.

Jennifer contributes over ten years of previous wide-ranging experience with a focus on compliance and quality. She worked as a documentation specialist directly with engineering consultants to ensure deliverables, contracts and correspondence were in compliance with company and ISO standards. She also held a position as a quality assurance auditor and an ISO facilitator—performing internal audits, editing policies and procedures, and implementing corrective actions.

Jennifer has Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean/S5 certifications and also holds an ISO 9001-2000 Auditor Certification. She continues her education through online courses provided by Fred Pryor Learning Solutions.
