As Manager of Administration in Marx|Okubo’s West region, Roda manages and supports the region’s project administrative team, as well as coordinates the functions of the region’s offices. Through maintaining a highly collaborative work environment, she effectively tracks the region’s active projects, prepares proposals, and coordinates communication with clients while ensuring final deliverables are provided on schedule. Additionally, Roda develops processes and best practices for the report-writing platform employed company-wide.

In her previous roles at Marx|Okubo, she managed project assignments for the project administrators in the Southern California region and facilitated team coordination and deliverables for a variety of projects, including owner’s and lender’s representation services.

Prior to joining Marx|Okubo, Roda worked in the entertainment industry in every level of media production for several years, from development to production and distribution for worldwide broadcasters such as Discovery and A&E. She worked as an office coordinator, where she oversaw satellite production offices across the country. Roda also gained experience with project deliverables as a television production coordinator, where she produced segments and served as a liaison with clients, production crews, and networks.

Roda earned a bachelor’s degree in Asian American Studies from the University of California, Irvine.
