Samuel, Assistant Vice President in the Northeast region, serves as a mechanical engineer for pre-construction project reviews, construction administration, construction monitoring and property condition assessments.

With nearly a decade of experience in the project management, engineering and construction fields, he has worked on surveys, evaluations and designs of HVAC and plumbing systems for new construction, as well as remediation of equipment and/or deficiencies in existing building systems.

Prior to joining Marx|Okubo, Samuel prepared mechanical design documents, performed building-wide evaluations, reviewed mechanical submittals, and assessed system designs for HVAC and plumbing infrastructure serving residential, commercial, healthcare and educational facilities.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Columbia University and is a registered engineer in New York.
