Architect

Associate candidates should possess a strong construction background, and construction administration experience to perform construction monitoring and property condition assessments. The position involves construction document review, field observations to assess material conditions, corrective recommendations, cost evaluations, preparation of formal reports and client communication. This level of associate will be expected to manage multiple concurrent projects with a minimum of oversight, possess excellent technical writing skills, and have some experience and success in personnel management. In addition, the position involves field observations, condition assessment surveys, plan reviews, and cost evaluations of new and existing construction. Must be a licensed architect, with a minimum of five years of related experience.

Senior Associate candidates must have ten years of industry-related experience, and have a technical level of understanding that allows them to perform virtually any project or service of the organization with limited supervision. These employees have responsibility for a significant amount of billing within the relative region they support and are primarily involved in the production and coordination of the company's core services. This position also includes mentoring and managerial responsibilities, and significant ongoing client interaction.
