Marx|Okubo performed a property condition assessment of the Willis Tower, formerly known as the Sears Tower, the second tallest building in the United States and 13th tallest building in the world.
The vastness of the building is almost a city unto itself with complex structural, mechanical, electrical and vertical transportation systems. Being a project of this magnitude the operations and maintenance budgets can look similar to capital improvement budgets.
Marx|Okubo was able to interpret the real issues of the building and provide our client with what is really important in maintaining and improving this landmark structure.
