After reviewing the construction budget, schedule and drawings for potential
issues and general coordination, Marx|Okubo took on SRA and loan monitoring for
this urban office tower. Engineering challenges include navigating groundwater issues,
including dewatering for the subterranean parking garage; constructing around three
historic buildings, including Fire Station No. 4; and implementing sustainable design
strategies for LEED Gold certification.
